The Amazing Assembly

Yesterday we had an assembly. Mr. Steve (the person who was doing the assembly) was part of an awesome basketball program called, Totally Courageous Basketball. He had a barbie doll on his basketball team.  Mr. Steve gave us three important messages. They were never give up, believe in yourself, and try your best!  It was the most amazing thing we have ever seen.  We can't wait until the next assembly!

Playing with Pancakes

Yesterday Mr. Steve came in to talk about pancakes. No, not the breakfast kind. It's a game where you have to get a number of circles in a certain amount of moves. The rules are simple: You can't put a bigger circle on top of a smaller one. And you can only move one at a time.

Yesterday we played, "Around the World" in the classroom. That means we played a division game, where we try to beat each person in the class.  It was FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
